Brad B. Williams
President & CEO
Brad Williams began his career in the RV industry in 1985.  He has over 30 years of management experience in manufacturing. He earned his B.S. in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University and steadily moved from departmental management to executive leadership positions throughout his career. Williams currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MVP RV, Inc.

Prior to becoming co-owner of MVP RV, Williams spent 24 years working for the two largest RV Companies in the industry in a variety of capacities allowing him a keen understanding of all aspects of RV manufacturing.  Under his direction, numerous gains have been made in Service and Quality Compliance Operations, Owner Relations, Dealer Development, Training, Logistics, Recall Management and Governmental Reporting.

Williams has been a long-standing member of RVIA and is involved in many industry initiatives.

Roger J. Humeston
CFO, CAO, Corporate Secretary
As Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary for MVP RV, Inc., Roger Humeston holds two bachelor's degrees in financial management, a master's degree in business administration, and has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Humeston is also responsible for information technology, human resources, investitures, legal and business services functions.

Prior to serving as an officer for MVP, Roger has a proven track record as an effective and efficient financial manager. Having served over a decade as senior level financial manager with multi-billion dollar manufacturing companies, Humeston is well versed in applying useful financial tools to manufacturing processes that assist with cost management, increased margin, and creates competitive industry advantages.  His passion to understand all aspects of the manufacturing process, and his "hands-on" approach are key elements that encompass his career.

Pablo Carmona
COO, President of Manufacturing
With 15 years of experience in the RV Industry and a proven background in quality and efficiency, Pablo Carmona serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Manufacturing of MVP RV, Inc. Carmona has exceptional skill in Plant Management, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, specializing in a cost-conscious and detail-focused management style for the areas of production and operations in RV Manufacturing.

In this role, Carmona has led his production team to several brand manufacturing improvements, including current patent pending innovations that are an industry first. Carmona continues to drive the production of MVP RV products with the retail customer in mind.
