Winston Chung
Founder, Chairman and CEO, Winston Global Energy Company, Ltd.
Winston Chung, inventor of the lithium iron phosphate battery, is the founder, chairman and CEO of Winston Global Energy Co., Ltd. The company invests, manufactures and markets energy storage solutions and lithium batteries. Winston also serves as director and chief scientist of the People's Republic of China’s National 863 Lithium Battery Research and Development Center. As the major shareholder of a listed Company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, he leads an elite team expanding clean energy research and product development. Winston has devoted his resources and intellectual interests to developing sustainable energy solutions that will benefit the global community now and in the future.

Winston is the chairman of the board of directors of MVP RV, Inc, a manufacturer of rv motor homes and rv trailers. He has an MOU to export motor homes to China valued at $5 billion over the next 5 years. In 2011, he invested $5 million in Balqon Corporation (BLQN.OB), a manufacturer of electric-powered vehicles and is the chairman of the board of directors. Recently Winston made a $10 million donation to the University of California, Riverside, to support clean battery power, solar power, and sustainable transportation research. The university’s new research center, named the Winston Chung Global Energy Center, will focus on Winston’s "life source rare earth lithium batteries," bio-inspired technology” and the development of clean energy and energy storage.

A child progidy, Winston invented the Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) pulse meter at age 12.  At 13, he began to study TCM and Pharmacology. His compilation of the Meridional Flow on Acupuncture and Moxibustion was published when he was 16. At 17, he invented a 3-in-1 television system. He invented the maintenance-free lead-acid battery (1982); the plastic lithium-ion rechargeable battery (1989); the waterborne adhesive lithium-ion rechargeable battery (1995); the rare earth element lithium yttrium rechargeable battery (2001) and the rare earth element lithium-sulfur rechargeable battery (2003), which is the most advanced battery technology in the world. 

Winston enjoys music, art and painting.  He was born on August 10th, 1958 in Guangdong Province, China.

Brad B. Williams
President & CEO

Brad Williams began his career in the RV industry in 1985.  He has over 30 years of management experience in manufacturing. He steadily moved from departmental management to executive leadership positions throughout his career. Williams currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MVP RV, Inc. Williams has been a long-standing member of RVIA and is involved in many industry initiatives.

 

Roger J. Humeston
CFO, CAO, Corporate Secretary

Roger J. Humeston has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Humeston is also responsible for information technology, human resources, investitures, legal and business services functions. His passion to understand all aspects of the manufacturing process, and his "hands-on" approach are key elements that encompasses his career.

 

Pablo Carmona
COO, President of Manufacturing

With 15 years of experience in the RV Industry and a proven background in quality and efficiency, Pablo Carmona serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Carmona has led his production team to several brand manufacturing improvements, including current patent pending innovations that are an industry first. Carmona continues to drive the production of MVP RV products with the retail customer in mind.
